Meet Mike Minnis. Mike runs the Landmark Farmer's Market in Orange Mound. I interviewed him and took photos of the Market and gardens.

Of course this photo was made during the pandemic of 2020 that is why Mike is wearing a surgical mask on his chin. He is very entertaining and passionate about the Market. 

I made this photo with my SONY 7r with a Carl Zeiss 35mm f2.8 lens.

I love the background of this shot. I won the Digital "People" Category in our monthly competition at the Memphis Camera Club. The photo took an "Honorable Mention" for the same category for the MCC 2020 Annual Photography event. 

I believe that this photo shows enough of the background to give context. I would say a weakness is that there is no foreground. This may be the best photo I have ever made.
