39 Timesheet
This is my timesheet from a former job and my pen and glasses. I used a macro lens on my iPhone to make this photo and it won the open category at the monthly Memphis Camera Club competition.
The thing I like most about this photo is the narrow focal range creating a sharp subject on the pen tip. The out-of-focus foreground and the blurring in the distance makes a clear subject. The background blurs into obscurity and the subject is actually very small.
I have an aluminum frame that holds my iPhone and lenses screw in to add to the camera. The frame makes it easy to mount on a tripod and feels more like a camera body. I drilled holes to allow me to add a camera strap to the frame so I can carry my iPhone like a camera.
